Digital transformation is one of the most important factors affecting the development of modern enterprises, especially in the field of logistics. The introduction of advanced digital technologies such as IoT, Big Data, AI, blockchain and automation are significantly changing approaches to supply chain management, increasing their efficiency, transparency and flexibility. That is why the main aspects of digital transformations are considered in the presented work, and the features of their influence on the innovative activity of modern logistics enterprises are presented. The purpose of the presented work is to determine the impact of digital transformations on the innovative activity of logistics enterprises. Methods used in the work: method of analysis and synthesis, methods of deduction and induction, method of comparison, logical method, method of expert evaluation, method of generalization, graphic method. That is why, in the conditions of globalization and growing competition, logistics enterprises that actively integrate these technologies receive significant advantages and opportunities for innovative development. Digital transformation helps to create new business models, optimize operational processes and improve the quality of customer service. It allows logistics companies to more accurately forecast demand, optimize delivery routes, reduce costs and increase productivity. In addition, the use of digital tools allows for effective interaction between all participants in the logistics chain, which contributes to improved coordination and quick response to changes in market conditions. Also, in the conditions of dynamic changes in the market, digital technologies allow logistics enterprises to quickly adapt to new conditions, which provides increased flexibility and ability to innovate, which is critical for successful functioning in the modern competitive environment. In general, digital transformation has a significant impact on the innovative activity of logistics enterprises. It opens up new opportunities for improving operational processes, increasing the level of customer service, developing new business models and supporting sustainable development. Logistics enterprises that actively implement digital technologies and adapt to new conditions have significant advantages in the conditions of the modern competitive environment
