The financial and industrial phenomenon reflects the synergy between financial resources, industrial production and innovative activities, creating new opportunities for the economic development of cities. That is why, in the presented work, the main aspects of the formation of modern urbanism and the development of innovation parks are considered, the peculiarity of the combination of innovations and urbanism is substantiated precisely in terms of the formation of a financial and industrial phenomenon. The main goal of the work is to determine the main aspects of the breakdown of modern urbanism and innovation parks, as well as to substantiate the formation of a financial and industrial phenomenon based on innovation and urbanism. Methods used in the presented work: methods of analysis and synthesis, methods of induction and deduction, method of comparison, method of systematization, abstract method, method of generalization, graphical and tabular methods. The main results of the work presented are that urban concepts that integrate financial and industrial aspects make it possible to create effective development models that contribute to attracting investments, creating jobs and improving the quality of life of the population. Innovation parks, combining research institutions, technology companies, startups and business incubators, are becoming centers of innovation development and technological progress. They provide a favorable environment for interaction between the scientific community, business and government structures, which helps to accelerate the commercialization of scientific research and development. Thus, the financial and industrial phenomenon, urbanism and innovation parks are interconnected and complementary elements that form the modern economic and spatial landscape of cities. Their development is a key factor in achieving sustainable economic growth and increasing the competitiveness of cities at the global level
